We strongly suggest that you request the ‘signature required option’ when shipping or have your order shipped to your place of work or another attended location. Recovering lost shipments, or incorrectly delivered shipments is a lengthy process and often we’re unable to recover the lost items.
Sadie James Boutique offers free domestic shipping on orders over $100.00 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) Each carrier automatically calculates shipping costs. If the actual cost of shipping is lower than the calculated costs you will be refunded the difference. In Store Pick Up is available at our Fair Haven, NJ location. Items will be ready for pick-up within 2-3 business days (excluding holidays). Please note pickup is not available on Sunday. Orders placed Monday - Friday will ship within 24 hours pending availability and payment verification. This excludes holidays. Orders that are placed on Fridays after 4:00pm ET, Saturdays, or Sundays will ship the following Monday. This excludes holidays. Packages are insured up to the point of delivery. We are not responsible for any missing or stolen packages after they have been delivered.
Sadie James Boutique does ship internationally, however please be aware that we do not cover duties or fees. If you have any questions, check with your country's laws and regulations. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping on international orders or returns. Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of our physical store, however subject to change during all holidays. Please check with the store before selecting this option especially during a holiday.
All items are shipped with tissue paper and a reusable Sadie James bag. For complementary gift-wrapping please make a note during checkout.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We hope everything we sent is perfect, but in the event you need a different size, color or style, or simply want to return the item for a refund or credit, we are here to help. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached, and must be accompanied by the sales receipt. We reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange based on the condition or tardiness of the returned merchandise. To return an item purchased online, please follow the instructions below. Returns without a Return Authorization will not be accepted. To initiate a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return Authorization. When initiating an RA, please include all items from your transaction that you would like to return or exchange. Please allow up to 72 hours for your return request to be received and approved. Online and mail orders that are returned or exchanged must be received in-store within 14 days of the post-marked date of the original order. We strongly recommend requesting an exchange as soon as possible in order to meet our 14-day policy. SadieJames will not accept any returns or exchanges after 14 days. In Store Pick Up Order returns must to be received in-store within 14 days of placing the order. Merchandise discounted below 50% of the retail price is non-refundable. Orders of $500 or more (prior to tax and shipping) are eligible for free return shipping. Please contact us for a return shipping label. Otherwise, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS flat rate service or UPS ground for the lowest shipping rates.
